Description: | Lustrous translucent gray elongated quartz crystals with prism faces composed of microscopic parallel termination faces (the faces on the prism are parallel to the pyramidal termination faces), with hemispherical black microcrystals (hematite?). Collected ca. 1980; originally acquired from John Mediz |
