Mineral:Calcite on Datolite with Pyrite
Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous 23 mm transparent pale-yellow calcite crystal on pale green datolite crystals to 3 mm with scattered pyrite microcrystals. The calcite crystal is rhombohedral form and fluoresces dull-yellow under SW UV and white under LW UV illumination. Collected 31 March 1996.
