Mineral:Calcite (parallel formation)
Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous transparent-to-translucent colorless calcite crystals with remnants of matrix included in the bottom edge. The calcite crystals are rhombohedral form, in parallel orientation, and fluoresce under ultraviolet illumination. Collected in January 1997.
