Description:Silky translucent blue-gray smithsonite coating all sides, front and rear, of blocky matrix fragments. The smithsonite silky luster is caused by microscopic parallel crystal faces on the surfaces. Complete and undamaged except for two bottom contacts. Ex. Robert Scott (Ypsilanti, Michigan) collection #503; originally acquired from Don Olson ca. 1982
