Mineral:Quartz var. Doubly-terminated reverse scepter
Locality:Saltville, Smyth County, Virginia
Description:Lustrous transparent doubly-terminated colorless quartz crystal with dark inclusions in the center. The tip of the bottom termination is incomplete. The upper termination is a reverse-scepter of a smaller crystal perched on a larger crystal. Originally acquired at Franklin Mineral Show, 30 September 1995
