Description:Several parallel lustrous transparent dark-red spinel crystals with no matrix attached. The spinel crystals are octahedral form, with naturally rounded edges, and are repeatedly twinned following the Spinel Law of isometric twinning on the {111} plane. Fluoresces red under LW UV illumination. Weight: 1.4 grams
