Locality:Merelani Hills, near Arusha, Tanzania
Description:Lustrous transparent bright-green tsavorite garnet crystals, the green gem variety of grossular garnet, in white quartz with graphite on the bottom. The green color of tsavorite garnet is caused by high chromium and vanadium content.
Overall Size:27x20x14 mm
