Description: | Three partial crystals of purple and golden scapolite with internal gemmy areas suitable for lapidary use. These specimens are commonly labeled simply as scapolite (a group name), and are either the species marialite (Na-rich) or meionite (Ca-rich). fluoresces red under SW UV and yellow under LW UV illumination. Total weight: 23.2 grams |
