Mineral:Covellite(?) with epitactic overgrowth of Pyrite
Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Tabular hexagonal dark bluish-gray metallic crystals to 6 mm of an unidentified mineral, tentatively identified as covellite, with overgrowth of bright yellow-metallic pyrite microcrystals in epitactic orientation. Covellite not listed in references. Collected 26 February 1995.
