Locality:Tourmaline Prospect 100 m. west of Biermann Quarry, Bethel, Fairfield County, Connecticut
Description:Lustrous doubly-terminated black tourmaline crystal with remnants of silvery muscovite mica on the surfaces. The tourmaline crystal has crude shallow three-sided pyramidal terminations on both ends. Collected 18 September 1993
