Locality:Luc Yen, Yenbai Province, Vietnam
Description:Cluster of lustrous translucent vivid pink ruby crystals, the pink gem variety of the mineral species corundum, in parallel orientation with no matrix. The ruby crystals are hexagonal form, with flat basal pinacoid terminations. Fluoresces red under SW-LW UV illumination. Weight: 1.4 grams
