Description:Lustrous transparent hot-pink pink ruby crystal, the pink gem variety of the mineral corundum, with no matrix. The ruby crystal is thin hexagonal form, with naturally rounded edges, and flat crystal faces. The ruby has excellent vivid-pink color. Fluoresces red under LW UV illumination. Weight: 1.1 grams
