Mineral:Grossular Garnet with Diopside and Clinozoisite
Locality:Pitts-Tenney Quarry, Minot, Androscoggin County, Maine
Description:Lustrous translucent brown grossular garnet crystals to 7 mm intermixed with lustrous transparent green diopside crystals to 3 mm and translucent pink clinozoisite crystals to 6 mm (very rare!). Collected by D. Swenson in October 1997
