Locality:Upper New Street Quarry, Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey
Description:Classic specimen of translucent pink rhombic chabazite crystals to 13 mm intergrown (intermixed) with colorless gmelinite over an earlier generation of transparent colorless calcite crystals to 3 mm. See Zeolites of the World (Tschernich, 1992) pp. 202. Collected in 1980s to 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker
