| Description: | Lustrous translucent-to-transparent colorless apophyllite crystals to 24 mm, with minor black inclusions (goethite?), almost completely filling a cavity of 1-2 mm pectolite crystals. The apophyllite crystals are square prisms with pyramidal terminations. Collected in 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker, author of Recent Mineral Finds at the Millington Quarry in Rocks and Minerals v.73 #5 |
