| Description: | Lustrous translucent green prehnite crystals, in hemispherical aggregates to 16 mm diameter, on greenish basalt. The surfaces of the prehnite aggregates exhibit distinct bladed crystal faces, not the typical dull surfaces usually seen on prehnite. Collected in 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker, author of Recent Mineral Finds at the Millington Quarry in Rocks and Minerals v.73 #5 |
