Description: | Large specimen of lustrous transparent colorless bladed stilbite crystals in beige-colored hemispherical aggregates to 16 mm diameter lining a shallow cavity in greenish basalt. From the same find as illustrated in Becker's article in R&M. Collected in 1990s by Prof. Martin Becker, author of Recent Mineral Finds at the Millington Quarry in Rocks and Minerals v.73 #5 |
