Mineral:Datolite with Apophyllite and minor Pyrite
Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Lustrous translucent pale-green datolite crystals to 1 mm, in aggregates of parallel crystals to 8 mm, with partial overgrowth of yellow metallic pyrite microcrystals and lustrous transparent colorless tabular apophyllite crystals to 5 mm. Collected 1 September 1996. This quarry is now closed forever and reclaimed
