Locality:Silliman Quarry (Woodbury Trap Rock Quarry), east of Woodbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut
Description:Plate of lustrous green prehnite crystals to 1 mm in rounded aggregates that formed over rectangular anhydrite crystals to 10 mm that later dissolved leaving hollow pseudomorphic cores that are visible where the prehnite broke away. Ex. Jack Troy (1930-2016) collection #P72, originally acquired in 1989 from L. M. Cross
