Locality:Millington Quarry, Bernards Township, Somerset County, New Jersey
Description:Large cavity lined with lustrous translucent mint-green datolite crystals with hemispherical black microcrystals of an unidentified mineral, possibly hematite. This cavity is quite large for Millington, which rarely produced large specimens. Ex. Jack Troy (1930-2016) collection #V11, originally acquired ca. 1998
