| Description: | Two large lustrous transparent Herkimer Diamond crystals, the doubly-terminated variety of quartz from around Herkimer region, on brown dolostone that is coated with small quartz crystals to 1 mm. Specimens on matrix are difficult to obtain. Ex. Miller #M1245; collected in 2011. Restored |
