Locality: | Blanchard Mine, Glory Hole, Hansonburg District, 8.5 km south of Bingham, Socorro County, New Mexico |
Description: | Transparent blue cubic fluorite crystals to 16 mm with gray-metallic galena crystals to 5 mm on colorless quartz. This fluorite crystals have satin luster and were protected from exposure to sun and UV to prevent fading and resulting in rich blue color. Ex. Miller #M2821 |
