Locality:Alto Uruguai, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
Description:Highly lustrous nearly colorless transparent quartz crystals to 6 mm on an earlier generation of larger lustrous pale-purple amethyst quartz crystals to 10 mm. Nestled in crevices are two hollow red-brown spherical quartz pseudomorphs after unknown(?). Ex. Miller #M3745
