Locality:Silver Ridge, Pilot Mountain, 13 km ESE of Asheboro, Randolph County, North Carolina
Description:Compact crystallized mass of lustrous brown-bronze colored slender pyrophyllite crystals in radiating stellate aggregates. The pyrophyllite crystals have mica-like reflective luster. A good specimen from this old locality. Ex. Miller #M3795; collected by Laurie Adams
