Description:Elongated hexagonal translucent pink ruby crystal, the pink gem variety of the mineral species corundum, with horizontal striations on the prism faces. There are impressions on the rear where another mineral intersected but later dissolved away. Fluoresces red under LW UV illumination. Weight: 8.13 carats
