Locality:Tamminen Quarry, Greenwood, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Lustrous transparent parallel smoky quartz crystals to 25 mm overgrown on a 75 mm milky quartz crystal that is visible on the rear. Some of the smoky quartz crystals have limonite surface coating that can be cleaned off. Ex. S. Kelland collection; originally acquired from Jerry Behnke (1946-2013)
