Locality: | Rowley Mine, 20 km northwest of Theba, Painted Rock Mountains, Maricopa County, Arizona |
Description: | Lustrous green-to-yellow pyromorphite crystals to 0.7 mm on one face of a plate of bladed translucent white barite crystals to 7 mm. The pyromorphite crystals are short hexagonal prisms with flat basal pinacoid terminations with pyramidal edge faces. Ex. S. Kelland collection; acquired in 2008; ex. Betts #40246 |
