Description:Compact crystallized mass of elongated black ludwigite crystals with minor yellow-metallic chalcopyrite. Ludwigite is an uncommon anhydrous borate that occurs in high temperature metamorphic deposits. Ex. S. Kelland collection; acquired in 2008; collected in 1970s
