Description: | Bladed translucent gray-brown barite crystals to 12 mm crystallized over a 40 mm calcite core. The barite crystals fluoresce white under longwave and shortwave ultraviolet illumination, and phosphoresce when illumination is extinguished. Ex. Peter Ward (UK) |
