Description:Wedge-shaped lustrous transparent tanzanite crystal, the trichroic (color change when rotated) blue-violet gem variety of the mineral species zoisite, with brown zone in the base. The tanzanite crystal shows moderate color change blue to violet. Not heat treated. Weight: 81 carats
