Description: | Lustrous yellow-metallic pyrite crystals to 1.5 mm overgrown on gray-metallic galena crystals to 14 mm on the face of gray dolostone. The pyrite crystals have a polychrome iridescence that varies from yellowish to greenish depending on illumination. Ex. S. Kelland collection, acquired ca. 1995 |
