Locality:4750' Level, Lone Star Area, Phelps Dodge Morenci Mine, Morenci, Greenlee County, Arizona
Description:Shallow cavities in brown limonite gossan lined with many lustrous translucent blue azurite crystals, some in rosette-shaped aggregates to 8 mm across from the area of the mine known as the Azurite Pit. Bottom end sawn flat to stand upright. Personally collected February 5, 1998
