Description: | Lustrous red-orange transparent zincite crystals in rounded formations to 10 mm diameter. These zincite crystals are supposedly recovered from the chimney walls at the zinc smelter. Hard to obtain now because they are used in metaphysics. Fluoresces yellow under UV illumination. Ex. Miller collection T2134; acquired from E. Greene in 2012 |
