Locality:Mina El Mochito, 2 km southeast of Las Vegas, Santa Bárbara, Honduras
Description:Lustrous translucent brown andradite garnet crystals to 4 mm with a few lustrous transparent colorless quartz crystals to 7 mm and translucent white calcite crystals to 2 mm. The andradite garnet crystals are dodecahedral form with silky luster. Ex. Chris Stefano collection #3615; ex. W. Kellogg
