Mineral:Dioptase on Willemite with Wulfenite
Locality:Mammoth-St. Anthony Mine, Tiger, Mammoth District, Pinal County, Arizona
Description:Transparent green dioptase crystals to 1 mm overgrown on colorless willemite crystals up to 0.5 mm lining the surfaces of a cavity in matrix. Two orange wulfenite crystals are on the rear edge. Looks beautiful when viewed under magnification. The willemite fluoresces white under SW UV illumination. Ex. Miller collection T392; ex.
