Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Double-sided sparkling cluster of lustrous transparent deep-blue azurite crystals to 3 mm, transparent colorless cerussite crystals to 7 mm, with pale-green duftite pseudomorphs after an unidentified mineral, possibly tennantite. Ex. Miller collection T858
