Description:Lustrous translucent dark-red almandine garnet crystal with no matrix attached. The almandine crystal is trapezohedral form, with slightly striated crystal faces, and exhibits bright red translucency when illuminated from the rear. Ex. Miller collection T3370; acquired from E. Greene in 2016
