Description:Cubic crystal of yellow-metallic pyrite with no attached matrix. The pyrite crystal has sharp edges and smooth faces. Beginners frequently ask how these are made and are amazed that they crystallize perfectly in the clay-rich matrix. Ex. Miller collection T2888; acquired from E. Greene in 2012
