Locality:Hammonasset Beach, Madison, New Haven County, Connecticut
Description:Lustrous crudely crystallized almandine-spessartine garnet (testing is required to determine exact species, but best guess is that it is almandine garnet) found in the beach gravels that were deposited by Wisconsin-era glaciers. Ex. Miller collection T4032
