| Description: | Lustrous translucent colorless-to-beige rhombohedral calcite crystals to 10 mm with overgrowth of pale-green duftite microcrystals. Under shortwave fluorescent illumination the calcite fluoresces orange. Ex. Paul Seel (1904-1982) collection; the mineral Seelite was named in his honor; originally acquired from Prosper Williams (1910-2001) |
