Call them what you want: Sleepers, Great Buys, Overlooked. These are minerals that are excellent specimens at reasonable prices. They should have sold quickly. Perhaps the photograph does not adequately describe the beauty of the specimen. Maybe it was added to the site during a slow period and nobody noticed.
